FrameTec is looking for a Design Manager with experience in a specific building component type or whole house. Do you have experience managing a team designing roof or floor trusses, wall panels, materials estimating? Under the general direction of the President of Plant Operations, The Design Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and direction of FrameTec’s structural design and estimating team for our Camp Verde, AZ. Operations (FrameTec Alpha). The Design Manger will help procure, oversee, and direct a talented team of designers and estimators responsible for the complete design of structural framing components (wall panels and trusses), lumber and hardware estimates and turnkey framing bids. This individual will manage all aspects of the front-end design and quoting process for FrameTec Alpha, including estimating, pre-construction coordination, value engineering and quality control. This is a leadership position and requires both technical design and estimating experience as well as a track record of developing and managing high performing teams.
