Past clients ranged from non-profits to copper mining, manufacturing and farming, Jordan  excels in managing diverse and fast-changing environments. Jordan thrives on leveraging technology for efficient financial data management and reporting to facilitate intelligent decision-making. Active in community service, Jordan is involved in organizations including the Verde Valley Homeless Coalition and the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Society.

Damion Lupo, Chief Investment Officer and on the Board of FrameTec®, brings a dynamic blend of experience in private equity real estate, entrepreneurship, and finance. His career is marked by a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

As an entrepreneur who's started over 70 companies, Damion has a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities, which is instrumental in guiding FrameTec's strategic decisions. His expertise in finance and real estate equips him with a unique perspective on sustainable growth and value creation.

Damion's role at FrameTec is critical in providing strategic insights and guidance for the national rollout, ensuring the company's continued success and leadership in the industry.

Monte has been immersed in the truss manufacturing industry for 26 years starting at Phelps & Sons as a laborer, Roof Division Supervisor, Production Manager, and finally, for 13 years as the General Manager. As GM, Monte led all production of the truss plant including scheduling, staffing, procurement and maintenance of equipment, QA/QC, inventory. He has an extraordinary ability to continuously identify change actions to enhance profitability.Key Roles – General Manager of the day-to-day operations of FrameTec including hiring, training and employee mentoring, scheduling, purchasing, production, profitability, safety, and QA/QC.

Christian Cascone, Chief Development Officer and member of the FrameTec board, oversees the national development and rollout of FrameTec USA sites.

Always at the forefront of innovation, he created Tesla Homes, an HGTV featured Smart|Green|Healthy sustainable development firm, and has led the development and management of several hundred million dollars of commercial, institutional and residential property. He spent nearly 20 years leading multi-million dollar construction and development projects.

Christian worked as an EMMY, DuPont and Genesis Award winning Producer with CNN working with the likes of former Presidential Candidate General Wesley Clark, Tiger Woods and Film Director Peter Jackson. His responsibilities took him to Kosovo for coverage of war, trackside with NASCAR and behind the scenes of major Hollywood productions. He covered the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, NASA, major sports, environmental and political summits and more. He also produced content for sponsorships with advertisers like Rolex, The PGA Tour, Ford and Merrill Lynch.

Dana Myers, SVP for Investor Capital Development at Vitruvian and member of the FrameTec board, she's instrumental in raising capital for all parts of the FrameTec enterprise.
Her skills in international logistics and supply chain management are key to the national expansion of FrameTec USA. Dana is also passionate about real estate design and sustainable development keys to FrameTec's green philosophy.

She worked for 16 years in the packaging and logistics industry for two of the top 5 companies in the world, winning Salesperson of the Year, 9-time top prospecting, 6-time Chairman’s Club and consistently ranking Top 10 nationally, culminating as VP of Sales. Dana brings extensive experience in branding and product management, team leadership, contract negotiations, sales and profit growth, QC and forecasting, and most importantly building relationships thanks to her off-the-charts EQ.
